All Experience Levels Welcome

No experience? No problem. Our paid Service Technician in Training program will train you in all aspects of performing repairs, troubleshooting issues and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently at one of our apartment communities.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN I

A basic understanding and ability to troubleshoot in at least one of our maintenance focus areas (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances) are all you need to join us in this role. We’ll provide comprehensive training in other areas to set you on a path for long-term success and growth.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN II (EPA REQUIRED)

Your career can begin here with one year of general maintenance experience – whether in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and apartment turnover along with EPA certification. We’ll help you unlock a career path where your skills are not just appreciated — they’re celebrated.
