Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance service work and ensuring resident satisfaction. This role will manage the maintenance process, coordinate follow ups with residents, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with various roles within the company as well as vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.
Job Duties:
- Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
 - Manages Corrigo dispatch board and completes turn over services in Corrigo.
 - Confirms, schedules and follow ups on all maintenance service request appointments and communicates with residents regarding on hold work orders and service request completions.
 - Manages productivity, turn times, and response times for maintenance service requests after move-in.
 - Communicates and coordinates work orders with vendors and distributes duties amongst service technicians.
 - Manages key logging system.
 - Manages the mold remediation process including coordination and communication with vendors, corporate and residents, completing incident reports, following up with the residents, etc.
 - Coordinates, schedules and communicates with residents on preventative maintenance.
 - Schedules pre-move-in inspection appointments if needed.
 - Assists with maintenance related escalations.
 
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
 - Two years customer service experience.
 - Direction is provided by an on-site manager in terms of tasks and objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion on how well objectives have been met.
 - Daily job functions will vary by community.
 - Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings.
 - Regular, consistent and timely attendance required.
 - Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
 - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.  Multilingual ability a plus.
