Position Summary:

The Building Exterior Supervisor coordinates with third-party janitorial vendors to ensure all exterior areas of the community remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a routine cleaning schedule for the operating unit.
Ensure community common areas, grounds and vacant units are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
Accurately document all necessary information within the designated operating platform.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and ensure the execution of the scope of work by third-party janitorial vendors.

Additional Skills:

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

1+

Additional Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability is a plus.
Travel between communities to perform the role may be required daily.
Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
