Interview for one of the positions below:


Community Relations Representative:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for all resident interactions on site. Assists with all inquiries including move-in process, resident requests, customer follow-up, renewal process, move-out process, resident transfers, and evictions.


Service Technician:

  • Develops and maintains a high level of skill in all phases of general maintenance. Performs general maintenance including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, hazardous material abatement, apartment turn-over, and appliance repairs in accordance with company standards, and in conjunction with management staff.


Leasing Consultant:

  • Is a brand ambassador for our organization that represents our quality of apartment homes and our exceptional customer service.  Successfully leases apartments by discovering and exceeding the customers’ expectations. Assists in marketing their property and generating traffic. Demonstrates strong leasing performance through consistently meeting weekly leasing expectations and delivering exceptional customer service. 


Leasing Manager:

  • The leasing manager is responsible for managing a team of leasing consultants, to achieve and/or exceed occupancy and availability goals, including coaching the leasing process. 



  • Supports building maintenance and landscape efforts to maintain the community. May perform general maintenance support including detailed cleaning and apartment turns in accordance with company standards, and in conjunction with management staff.  Works with on-site team and outside contractors within the apartment community in a manner that ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.


Service Manager:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the maintenance staff within a community. This position ensures that all maintenance functions are managed properly, including service requests, unit turns, common area cleaning, management of contractors and coordination of capital projects, as required.


Community Manager:

  • The community manager is responsible for leading all phases of operation of the community, including, but not limited to, leadership and development of onsite team, financial performance, resident relations, and community preservation and aesthetics. 


Leasing Administrator:

  • The leasing administrator serves as a brand ambassador of the company and takes applicants from the initial application through move-in.
