Resident Relations Manager ($30.53)

Position Summary:
Please note, this is a contract/project based role.
The Resident Relations Manager focuses on managing the customer experience and serving as the primary liaison during construction projects, including resident relocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates daily activity and communication between contractors, the on-site team, and residents to align on daily work and resident needs.
- Delivers accurate, timely information to residents via established channels and maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitors construction impact through regular community and unit walks proactively resolving resident concerns and potential hazards.
- Coordinates temporary resident transfers for construction or repair projects, overseeing the logistical details and communicating progress until the project's successful conclusion.
- Executes concession administration.
Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent experience
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 1 - 3 years
Additional Requirements:
- Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
