Position Summary:

Ensures a positive first impression as the primary point of contact for incoming customers, residents, prospects, contractors and other company representatives. Performs administrative tasks for assigned community.

Job Duties:
  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
  • Greets all prospects, vendors and visitors according to company standards; responds to resident questions/concerns and provide appropriate follow up.
  • Completes all administrative duties including data entry, ordering of supplies, preparing customer paperwork, etc.
  • Answers internal phone calls and directs as appropriate, taking messages and resolving incoming requests.
  • Generates reports as required.
  • Leads leasing tours as needed; oversees leasing rotation and schedules tour and move-in appointments.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year experience in customer service environment; on-site apartment leasing experience preferred.
  • Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Regular, consistent and timely attendance required
