Position Summary:

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional eager to make an impact? As a Senior Leasing Consultant, you'll take on a leadership role, working closely with the Senior Leasing Manager to drive success and exceed business goals. You'll play a pivotal part in leasing apartments, understanding and surpassing prospects' needs to deliver an outstanding experience.

Job Duties:

  • Serves as a role model, exemplifying our Core Values, upholding Irvine Company standards, and maintaining sales performance.  
  • Models Leadership behaviors by demonstrating owner mentality and solution-oriented mindset. 
  • Partner with Senior Leasing Managers to onboard new hires.
  • Partner with Senior Leasing Managers for daily task management of the business. 
  • Partner with Senior Leasing Managers to develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives. 
  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
  • Handles incoming sales by phone, email and on-line chat; manages follow-up on all requests.
  • Inputs all activity and customer information into company provided databases in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Leases apartment homes to achieve occupancy/availability goal for the division .
  • Provides a seamless sales experience to the customer by working with other team members throughout the sales process.  
  • Supports ICAC culture to achieve top prospect survey results.
  • Utilizes the interactive pricing application pricing tool with every lease transaction and accurately records all data to support the company’s goals and initiatives.
  • Consistently communicates with active prospects.
  • Uses a consultative leasing approach to evaluate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
  • Effectively qualifies prospective residents and updates records as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Min. 2 years experience in sales environment

Other: 

  • Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.  Multilingual ability a plus
     

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $31.54 - $41.06

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
