Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily coordination of maintenance service work and ensuring resident satisfaction.  This role will manage the maintenance process, coordinate follow ups with residents, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with various roles within the company as well as vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.

Job Duties:

  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
  • Manages Corrigo dispatch board and completes turnover services in Corrigo. 
  • Confirms, schedules, and follows up on all maintenance service request appointments and communicates with residents regarding on-hold work orders and service request completions.
  • Manages productivity, turn times, and response times for maintenance service requests after move-in. 
  • Communicates and coordinates work orders with vendors and distributes duties amongst service technicians.
  • Manages the key logging system.
  • Manages the mold remediation process, including coordination and communication with vendors, corporate and residents, completing incident reports, following up with the residents, etc.
  • Coordinates, schedules, and communicates with residents on preventative maintenance.
  • Schedules pre-move-in inspection appointments if needed.
  • Assists with maintenance-related escalations.
     

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Direction is provided by an on-site manager in terms of tasks and objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion on how well the objectives have been met.
  • Daily job functions will vary by community.
  • Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Regular, consistent, and timely attendance required.
  • Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability is a plus.
