Position Summary:

Responsible for the involvement of hiring, training; scheduling the Front Office Receptionists/Cashiers to provide maximum service to guests within budgeted guidelines, reviews, disciplinary actions, and the development of the treatment program.

Job Duties:

 

  • Take responsibility for guest inquiries/problems.
  • Insuring Therapist and other employees are compliant with City of Newport Beach Municipal Code, State Licenses and Permit to operate a Spa / Salon business.
  • Properly educate guests in regards to services and products offered.
  • Maintain a co-operative team attitude with co-workers.
  • Promote Spa and all serviced products and programs.
  • Lead team to create unparalleled guests experiences.
  • Assist with reviews, inventory controls.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding / difficult guest / employees and / or situations.
  • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgement.
  • Ability to be consistent in job performance and attitude.
  • Ideal background in the hospitality industry, customer service, administrative, sales, office management.
  • Previous guest relations training a plus.
     
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • One to Two years experience at a Luxury Spa.
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
