Position Summary:

At Irvine Company, we attribute much success to the strength of our marketing team. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator to work closely with them. From day one, this individual will be responsible for the coordination of marketing projects, contribute to existing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions and must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Job Duties:

  • Daily Marketing project coordination including job tracking, managing details with graphic designers, approval routing, production management and delivery coordination 
  • Source assets and content to facilitate projects and campaigns
  • Responsible for email marketing routing and testing, manage deployment calendar and coordination with various stakeholders
  • Assist with website maintenance, content updates and SEO efforts
  • Respond to in-bound social media messages
  • Assist with media relations and photography requests
  • Assist with ensuring all key brand standards are upheld and executed
  • Collaborate with Finance on Marketing-related billing and vendor setup
  • Support the Food & Beverage team by coordinating menu production and delivery
  • Supports sales team by providing updated marketing materials 
  • Assemble presentation materials for Sr. Leadership 
  • Generate and disseminate Marketing Department reports as needed
  • Administrative duties as needed (i.e. MAC support, maintaining marketing collateral files, styling props, printers and paper orders, etc.)
  • Support SVP of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Director as needed 
  • Other projects as assigned to support the Marketing Department and overall company initiatives 

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • 2 years marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field 
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills 
  • Knowledge and first-hand experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Basic photography skills and an eye for layouts, design, and aesthetics preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to excel in solo assignments as well as team projects
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
  • Skilled with Google-based applications and Adobe Creative Cloud products and tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Must be able to work full-time hours
