Job Duties:
  • Operates the resort switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing call and to provide a professional, prompt and friendly telephone message service to guests and staff.
  • Must be able to speak clearly, communicate with all types of people, including VIPs, dignitaries and celebrities.
  • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the Resort, answering all manner of questions
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in an environment providing a high level of customer service to guests of high social standing with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred.
  • Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.
