Gatehouse Attendant ($19.00)

Position Summary:
Primarily responsible to serve as main gatehouse attendant to ensure all authorized guests are allowed to enter the Resort overnight accommodations & surrounding areas and direct them accordingly.
Job Duties:
- Welcome all those arriving at gatehouse with the courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Screen all those arriving at the gatehouse to determine whether to allow access to the Resort areas.
- Ability to make and hand out vehicle dash passes to registered guests.
- Give appropriate direction to the visitors.
- Complete visitor entry documentation as required.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Manually open the gate in an emergency.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and customer presence as they are at times the first point of contact at the Resort.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- 1 year of similar work experience desired but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand and greet guests when they arrive to the gatehouse.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $19.00
