Position Summary:

The analyst role is responsible for managing/maintaining/customizing the risk management and legal information systems, delivering data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and supporting the property claims function.

Job Duties:

Risk Management & Legal Information Systems

  • Role of master user and administrator
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Perform loss trend analysis
  • Manage quarterly dashboards to Senior Management
  • Ensures data accuracy and identify efficacy opportunities
  • Support risk management team with insurance submission data collection


Property Claims

  • Assist in the timely measurement of claims including coordination with local teams, gathering invoices, tracking repair costs
  • Coordinate with accounting reimbursement to Divisions
  • Manage insurance recovery from at fault parties and/or Company’s insurers
  • Coordinate with third-party forensic accounting team


Drone Insurance Renewal / Drone Use Requests

Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.



  • 3+ years of management information system or handling property claims.
  • Extensive experience with Riskonnect (formerly Clearsight) software preferred



  • Associate in Risk Management or equivalent preferred


Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker preferred
  • Knowledge of iManage preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Tableau preferred
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that is intellectually challenging.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
