Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator - Design Studio serves as a central administrative liaison for the design team, overseeing daily office operations and providing project support for apartment development design studio. Responsibilities include managing project status reporting, coordinating design review processes, and facilitating cross-departmental communication to ensure operational efficiency and project schedule alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily office operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance coordination, invoice processing, and expense report administration.
- Support the weekly design review process by preparing agendas, tracking consultant deliverables, and ensuring all meeting information is accurate and timely.
- Ensure accurate tracking in the Apartment Design Project Status Report by integrating weekly updates, helping construct regular management packages, and managing meeting logistics.
- Assist in tracking submittals and samples against the project schedule and manage the physical organization and storage of design samples.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and division-wide events by collaborating with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support the broader administrative team through cross-training, onboarding new staff, and assisting with office moves as needed.
- Maintain and develop apartment unit and amenity programming tables to support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a central liaison by maintaining clear, proactive communication with Design Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong knowledge of Google G Suite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 3+ years of multifamily project management support or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $37.31 - $47.21
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
