Position Summary:

The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting all project-management activities in close collaboration with, and in support of, division reporting.

Job Duties:

● Adhoc research

● Presentation set up and support

● SAP system PO and invoice processing

● Manage the administration, organization, maintenance, and updating of all project files in a shared drive and Google Drive.

● Information formatting

● Report refresh and adhoc data scrub

● Organize and prepare internal architectural plan sets for review

● Procure public records as needed

● Distribute office correspondence and communications to department teams related to weekly and monthly status reports.

● Department general administrative duties included but not limited to coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings and divisional phone coverage rotation
