Position Summary:

The Pool Attendant is responsible for greeting, distributing towels and assigning chairs to pool guests and ensuring their safety while visiting the pool.  Responsible for cleaning and straightening pool deck.

Job Duties:

Greets, distributes towels and assigns chairs to pool guests. 

Answers telephone.

Cleans and straightens pool deck as well as restocking towel bins. 

Collects soiled towels, trash, and rafts.

Communicate with management staff and other employees.

Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for associates and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, get medical attention if necessary and contact the GM or Human Resources immediately.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum high school degree or general education diploma (GED).

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy problem solving and love taking care of guests.

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to multi-task.

Basic computer skills.

Hospitality experience preferred.

Experience as a pool attendant/lifeguard, spa attendant or related position preferred.
