Job Duties:


  • Document and implement core processes within the Reinvestment team, providing support and finding efficiencies where possible (Submittals, RFIs, scope templates, roles and responsibilities, electronic information storage, standards, etc.).
  • Ability to setup department protocols and standard procedures for efficient development as needed. Identify areas of training and organize subject matter experts to implement.
  • Facilitate execution of various departmental reports including: staff mapping tool, monthly milestone report, project assignment matrix and Irvine Company Apartment Development / Irvine Company Apartment Communities project dashboard.  Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Support management of unit construction turn schedule.
    • Tracking of apartment unit reinvestment construction dates into database.
    • Daily entries of construction dates into Apartment Operations Leasing system.
    • Partner with Apartment Operations leasing teams for coordination.
    • Heavy coordination with Reinvestment Construction Managers and General Contractors.
  • Coordinate construction sequencing and phase mapping.
  • Data management for construction bidding and contract support.  Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Manage cloud based documentation file sharing and storage program through Skysite and ensure records are compliant with departmental protocol.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:


  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of real estate or business related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills, including strong Excel skills.  Google Suite experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills a must.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude for team success.
  • Experience with training teams and development of training tools.
