Contracts Administrator ($32.12-$39.95) | San Diego

Position Summary:
The Construction Contracts Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the contract generation, data input, tracking of changes and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. They will track and record all documentation from the initial contract to the completion of the project’s close-out documentation and lien releases.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and process contracts with vendors utilizing the Coupa and Docusign software.
- Process Change Orders:
- Receive approved CORs and route for execution via Coupa and Docusign.
- Invoice customer for any Tenant Cost charges.
- Assist in document collection of Prelim Notices, Unconditional and Conditional Mechanic’s Lien Waivers, Stop Notices.
- Perform due diligence to set up new vendors in the system. Submit New Supplier Request Form via Coupa & email vendor supply team.
- General coordination with Construction Managers on all phases of the contract process.
- Coordinate & work closely with AP to execute and track the status of contracts, change orders, contract close-outs, invoices, and budgets.
- Maintain routing log of contract documents.
- Provide customer service to vendors regarding the vendor portal, invoices, and contracts. Follow up with vendors regarding contract documents.
- This position will utilize the following software applications:: Google Workspace, Coupa, Docusign, Excel, Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat.
- Process closeout packages.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Align with other IC Contract Admin Positions.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $32.12 - $39.95
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
