Job Duties:

  • Lead financial analyses and modeling for the Office Finance & Investments team, including leasing analytics, tenant credit analyses, underwriting investment decisions for developments and reinvestments, project performance tracking and reforecasts, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Development, Leasing, Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.
  • Lead preparation of key deliverables (e.g. financial exhibits, investment theses) to support Office investment decisions, including capital requests and internal executive communication.
  • Develop and manage a team of high performing and skilled group of finance professionals.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Four year degree with a preferred major in finance, economics or other business-related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • 10-15 years of commercial real estate finance experience (preferably Office), including experience with underwriting acquisitions or developments.
  • At least 5+ years managing and developing a team of 3 or more individuals.
  • Excellent foundation in financial concepts, with high standards of precision, analytical thinking and financial rigor.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with the team and key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills; able to lead multiple high priority projects with quick turnaround times simultaneously.
  • Approaches problems from different perspectives in order to suggest and implement solutions.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative problem solver, forward thinking, collaborative, strategic and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced in Excel, including strong modeling capabilities; ARGUS experience preferred, but not required.
