Position Summary:

The Senior Leasing Concierge Associate supports prospects and the leasing team from the initial application process through move-in. The Senior Leasing Concierge Associate monitors specific metrics and actively supports the team in meeting those metrics  The position assists leadership with approving applications as well as special projects This role is a brand ambassador who demonstrates strong administrative performance through consistently meeting audit expectations and provides a seamless customer experience to both internal and external customers.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
• Completes application approval process and effectively transitions applicants to onsite RSO team for move-in processing. 
• Tracks submitted applications for required approvals and documentation in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
• Dispositions leases that are “Approved with Conditions” by making the final decision. 
• Supports ICAC culture and values to achieve top Customer Satisfaction and Reputation Management survey scores and reviews. 
• Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.Supports other centralized departments as directed. Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, employees and outside contacts.
• Maintains company’s customer service and sales standards.
• Participates in special projects and new initiatives as directed by the Leadership team.
• Partners with Leasing Concierge manager to review audit compliance.
• Assists in the training and development of Leasing Concierge Associates.
   

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Experience

• One to three years experience in customer service environment preferred
• Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
• Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills

Authority

• Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcomes (goals), timing and budget.  Work is reviewed/measured in terms of meeting organizational objectives

Other

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.  Multilingual ability a plus
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
