Sr Specialist, Centralized Move-Out Processing ($30.24)

Position Summary:

The Sr. Specialist, Centralized Move-Out Processing is responsible for the administrative processing of resident move-outs across the portfolio, including preparation, review and final approval of Final Account Statements and resident refund approvals, while providing support to leadership through training and peer coaching. This role requires managing a high volume of work with speed and accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with all internal company policies and procedures as well as any local, state, and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process resident Notices to Vacate (NTV) and move-outs timely and accurately, partnering with on-site teams as needed.
• Prepare and approve Final Account Statements for previous tenants. Revise Final Account Statements to resolve discrepancies, process settlements, and waive fees.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain delayed or missing invoices. Identify and escalate vendor trends to leadership.
• In partnership with the Manager, lead team meetings, facilitate training, and support with new projects or initiatives. Provide support and guidance to peers when needed. Provide support with escalated cases and phone calls acting as a point of contact for resolution of complex issues.
• Support internal debt recovery efforts as needed.
