Position Summary:
The role would be Sr. Administrator and Application Developer on the ServiceNow platform with expertise in ITSM / CSM / ITOM / ITBM / SecOps applications. The role will work very closely with the Business Analysts, IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform solutions are in a controlled and predictive manner. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow technologies. The role requires the candidate to be hands-on with internal business clients.Great communication and planning skills a must.
Job Duties:
- Defines technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow implementations, working with clients. Able to contribute best-practice advice and experience.
- Defines and can implement Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid Server, web-services, email and other relevant technologies
- Defines and Implements ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery Jobs, and Orchestration
- Understands how to leverage workflow engines to meet business needs
- Create prototypes for client engagements, identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
- Along with other team members, leads team coding standards and best practices
- Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
- Able to deliver business and technical design documents
- Promotes active listening with team members.
- Contributes appropriately to conversations at levels from engineers through C-Level.
- Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees.
- Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- At least 4+ years of experience in implementation and design of ServiceNow
- At least 2+ years of experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, Angular.js, PowerShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of roles/groups, modification of Service Portal, CMS, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Client Scripts, Data Policies, Inbound Actions, Import Sets, Catalog Items/Order Guides/Record Producers/Wizards, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
- Should have prior experience in integrating tools with ServiceNow or other similar tools using MID Server, Web Services, email, etc.
- ServiceNow experience should include client and server scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog. Also System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience.
- Experienced in End-to-End System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis, system design, testing and implementation
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
Preferred Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Required; Master’s preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Required; or immediately attained)
- ITIL Foundation Certification (Required; or immediately attained)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (or obtained immediately)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementer
- SCRUM Master Certification
- KCS Fundamentals
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $97,300.00 - $131,700.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
