Senior Representative, Centralized Resident Services ($28.66)

Position Summary:
Support the Financial Services function of the Customer Resource Center (CRC). Specific responsibilities will be similar to the Application Support Administrator and Community Administrator.
Job Duties:
- Assist with organization of the new Financial Services function, including the rollout of new services and streamlining current services.
- Support apartment division by performing tasks currently performed by the sites as well the Application Support Team.
- *End User Support for operating computer system (OneSite) for CRC Financial Services.
- *Training operating computer system programs to CRC Financial Services Team.
- *Assist with creating documentation materials for CRC Financial Services.
- *Payments and Ledger Corrections
- *FAS/ FAS Refunds
- *Research
- Work directly with sites as necessary in a support/customer service manner; promotes positive, proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience of the highest quality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible to change and able to work in team environment.
- Able to deal with some ambiguity at beginning of assignment. The Financial Services team is new and the specific functions of the team are still being determined.
- Demonstrate initiative and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- College education preferred.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $28.66
