Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Mobile and Web Application Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, building, and enhancing our mobile applications and backend services. The ideal candidates should have a strong foundation in mobile app development, focusing on React Native, complemented by an in-depth understanding of web technologies. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, bug-free applications to ensure business continuity and drive significant business impacts.
 

Job Duties:

●    Develop and enhance mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.
●    Contribute to web applications using technologies like React.js and Node.js.
●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
●    Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.
●    Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
●    Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
●    Estimate timelines for enhancements and bug fixes.
●    Translate product requirements and business needs into technical implementations.
●    Maintain and enhance documentation for applications and custom-built solutions.
●    Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve mobile and web development.
●    Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.
●    Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Minimum Qualifications
●    Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
●    5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile and web application development.
●    Expertise in React Native, including building custom components, integrating with external services, and managing iOS and Android build processes.
●    Experience in writing and maintaining unit, functional, and integration tests.
●    Experience building and consuming both GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
●    Knowledge of application build processes for iOS and Android.
●    Proficiency in modern and reusable coding principles.
●    Proficient with GIT.
●    Understanding of Agile methodologies.
●    Strong knowledge of mobile and web user experience best practices and design.
●    Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
●    Strong debugging skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
●    Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in mobile and web application best practices.
●    Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
●    Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes.
●    Understanding of security and governance best practices for large enterprises
●    Strong desire to learn and master new technologies.

Special Experience Desired:
●    Proficiency in Swift/iOS or Android native development.
●    Hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, and building custom APIs.
●    Competence in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
●    Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services, including App Engine.
●    Experience coding in TypeScript for scalable and maintainable codebases.
●    Familiarity with using advanced GraphQL queries.
●    Experience working with AEM.
