Senior Manager, Training and Leadership Development ($110,600 - $138,700)

Position Summary:
Implement learning and development initiatives that improve business performance, increase engagement and foster Associate growth and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to consult, design and develop learning initiatives, facilitate development programs and coach individual leaders.
Job Duties:
- Design and execution of learning programs including, but not limited to performance improvement, organization and leadership development, change management and competency development.
- Consult with company leadership to identify learning & development needs and design appropriate strategies to address leadership, managerial, professional, industry, company knowledge, functional, sales, technical knowledge and skill building needs (inclusive of eLearning solutions).
- Manage learning initiatives including learning needs analysis, design, development, assessment, implementation, communication and evaluation to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Facilitate leadership development courses, general offerings and team interventions as needed.
- Coach leadership program participants to increase self awareness, productivity and effectiveness on the job.
- Track all training and development programs against relevant schedule, budget and learning objectives; monitor and track training results and effectiveness; maintain training records and develop status reports on a regular basis.

- Ability to diagnose root causes of performance challenges and apply the right solution to deliver the desired business impact
- Facilitate with credibility, affinity, energy, focus and navigation
- Experience with training leaders of people
- Proficiency with the instructional design process
- Creative, collaborative and team oriented
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a multitasking environment; flexibility to ramp up or change directions as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Apps preferred

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $110,600.00 - $138,700.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
