Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Digital Website Products position will be a member of the Irvine Company Apartment Community Marketing team and will drive digital website and resident app execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet company goals. Collaborating with the regional marketing leads and Information Technology, the Senior Manager, Digital Website Products will be the point person for all website strategies and initiatives that will drive a best in class customer experience within the Irvine Company Apartments online channels. This position plays a key role in driving the implementation of all digital website projects.

Job Duties:
  1. Prioritizes website project roadmaps for the Irvine Company Apartments marketing department 
  2. Manages day-to-day website schedules and plans
  3. Partners with and communicates priorities to IT development team and reviews development work
  4. Aggregates regional marketing team feedback and approval workflows
  5. Consult with divisional leaders on day-to-day and future projects including oversight around content authoring
  6. Provide digital product oversight and management
  7. Lead all management and communications with website vendors on various website projects 
  8. Contribute to the company’s strategic direction to elevate the customer experience 
  9. Supports team KPIs and ensure digital channels meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets (i.e. page load time, bounce rate, conversion rate)
  10. Partner closely with the Digital Media team around the execution of a best-in-class landing page strategy 
  11. Requirements gathering for new enhancements & bugs
  12. Collaborate with the regional marketing team on the day to day execution of digital website strategies and initiatives 
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 Years of work experience in digital website product management




  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite
  • UX, design leadership
  • Adobe analytics and platform knowledge
  • Experience working closely with the Agile process
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable communicating in both formal and informal settings, with strong written and verbal communication skills; be able to communicate complex concepts to people of different backgrounds throughout the organization
  • Superior organizational skills
