Position Summary:

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) team manages the Company’s supplier onboarding & risk monitoring, accounts payable, P-Card program, A/P disbursements, telecom ordering, corporate procurement and Amazon Business Prime account administration.  The team is focused on promoting efficiencies, leveraging technology, ensuring compliance and following best practices.  

The Senior Manager, Business Process Improvement will develop, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the Source-to-Pay team and divisions related to their source-to-pay processes. This position will work as the Source-to-Pay liaison with IT, division stakeholders & SMEs and Learning & Development Organization for the eProcurement solution implementation and on-going eProcurement and other system and process enhancements, including division requested S2P-related functionality.  In addition, this role will develop and maintain training material, support S2P-related training needs and provide recurring metrics and analytics of vendor spend, invoice processing, categorization and goods/services to Corporate/FSG and division leadership.

Job Duties:

●    Partner with IT, Source-to-Pay and divisions to implement eProcurement solution and new source-to-pay tools, as well as develop new functionality and reporting capabilities
●    Innovate Source-to-Pay technologies to help streamline processes and provide better controls and oversight (i.e. RPA, FS2/Invoice Approvals, Concur/Wells Fargo, SAP EnableNow/WalkMe, etc.)
●    Develop continuous improvement project plans with Source-to-Pay leaders, identify needed resources, alignment, milestones, deliverables, project prioritization and tracking
●    Serve as the business lead on key strategic, cross-functional projects to develop and implement process improvements resulting in increased capacity, productivity, synergy and efficiencies
●    Provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting
●    Assist Procurement Shared Services team with an enterprise procurement strategy through collaboration with business process owners and divisions
●    Support efforts to standardize enterprise source-to-pay processes to maximize value to the organization and reduce administrative effort requirements, while maintaining strong internal controls
●    Collaborate with other division leaders/stakeholders to identify and implement new concepts across business functions and initiatives regarding vendor onboarding, risk, sourcing, contracts, procurement and invoicing
●    Develop training materials and documents to assist end users with policies, procedures and training
●    Lead and conduct source-to-pay related change management with division stakeholders and Learning & Development Organization
●    Present reports and analysis, as needed (e.g. vendor spend analysis)

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

●    3-5 years of project management experience 
●    A proven track record with change management and implementation of best practices
●    A B.A. or B.S. degree in supply chain management, finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related area, with a Master’s degree preferred.
●    SAP, Business Warehouse, HANA views, and modern procurement tool (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, etc.) experience preferred
●    Google Apps experience a plus.
