Senior Legal Administrative Assistant ($41.11 - $52.31)

Position Summary:
This position, along with other administrative professionals, provides administrative support and lease transaction coordination for up to four real estate attorneys and two paralegals in support of the Office Division portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, advise, and assist the leasing team in preparing lease documentation and coordinate the lease execution process with the leasing team in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing, reviewing, and revising commercial leases, amendments, and related documents, and other contracts and related documents in connection with the Company’s operations
- Respond to property management teams on day-to-day questions regarding legal department policy and procedures as they relate to general operational and property management issues
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and collect essential data to assist in setting up and coordinating processes in litigation matters (breach of contract and unlawful detainer actions)
- Coordinate, organize, and track leasing and litigation activity, correspondence, filing, and administrative activity
- Review, analyze, and interpret real estate contract documents under attorney supervision, specifically focusing on leases, amendments, license agreements, and consents
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
Additional Skills:
- Computer literacy in Legal Tracker, iManage, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Exterro will be required
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 5 - 8 years
Additional Requirements:
- Commercial real estate-related experience is strongly preferred, specifically from a transactional or legal perspective (whether in-house or at a law firm)
- Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands with a positive attitude
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $41.11 - $52.31
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
