Senior Leasing Administrator ($33.27-$44.57)

Position Summary:
Assists assigned Leasing Directors in all aspects of their leasing responsibilities, and works as part of an administrative support team to the Leasing Department. Interfaces with tenants, customers, clients and internal departments with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to assigned Leasing Directors.
- Prepare Pre-Lease documents and input proposed Leasing deal terms into Salesforce.
- Answer/screen calls, arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and book travel as needed.
- Prepare and process expense reports, Real Estate Committee documents and Broker’s Commission Agreements.
- Prepare, research and assist with presentation materials.
- Maintain project files.
- Back-up to other Leasing Administrators.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment per directions.
- Assist with the Leasing Hotline/Lead calls, emails, etc.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- ICSC Planning and Meeting Support.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in administrative role, preferably Real Estate.
Other:
- General knowledge of retail real estate preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail oriented, organized, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, respectful behavior and integrity; maintains high quality of customer service and leadership.
- Proficiency with computer programs including, Google, Excel, Illustrator, Adobe and Salesforce a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Open to traveling to Vegas and New York for Events.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $33.27 - $44.57
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
