Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Management will lead the evolution and execution of our brand strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative as we plan for growth, ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, and drive brand awareness and engagement to achieve our business objectives. This role will also develop, refine, and continuously assess our brand guidelines and ensure alignment across new and existing offerings, work closely with our portfolio marketing team on content, messaging and creative approach as well as our internal communications team to uphold our brand values and impact. The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven track record of building and managing successful brands and its creative direction in a dynamic and competitive market.
Job Duties:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. This includes defining brand positioning, communications and messaging strategies, value proposition, and visual identity guidelines.
- Brand Management: Oversee the management of the brand, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all channels, including marketing, sales, product development, customer service and resident communications
- Customer Experience: Develop a holistic view of the customer (both in person and digital experience) to identify brand opportunities and understand customer needs
- Brand Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with portfolio marketing and communication teams to develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Content & Creative: Work with content teams to guide the creative direction and development of compelling storytelling and content that reinforces brand values and resonates with target audiences
- Digital Brand Management: Oversee the brand and creative direction of the brand's overall online presence across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a positive user experience
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership, to ensure brand alignment and support
- Synergy & Partnerships Coordinate with marketing leaders across the enterprise to identify impactful synergy opportunities and serve as liaison with aligned brands on strategic partnership opportunities
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track brand health and performance and measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in marketing and brand management, with a proven track record of success. Experience from real estate, hospitality and luxury lifestyle brands is a plus.

- Deep understanding of brand building principles and best practices
- Experience leading and managing people including third party agencies
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of all marketing channels
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $172,200.00 - $218,000.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
