Senior Contracts Administrator ($41.20 - $50.58)

Position Summary:
The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for the management of contracts for large and small services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Senior Contracts Administrator will support the management of contracts for Operations, Construction, Reinvestment, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, execute, and manage diverse contracts (Master, Service, Construction, Purchase Agreements, Change Orders/Amendments) in a timely manner
- Properly identify and verify all required contractual documents (scope, pricing, signatories) and confirm supplier compliance and risk requirements (including Risk Class assignment) are met before proceeding
- Select the applicable contract template and manage the entire document lifecycle from inception to completion, using systems like Coupa for insurance and risk management
- Act as the central liaison between suppliers and internal departments (Project Management, Risk Management, Legal, Accounting) to facilitate the resolution of redlines, compliance, and insurance issues
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to finalize documents and clearly convey challenges and concise action plans to internal stakeholders
- Participate in Coupa system testing for updates and enhancements, and provide comprehensive training to junior contract administrators
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 2 - 5 years
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $39.62 - $48.22
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
