Position Summary:

The role supports the Apartments Division's Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement, with a focus on major roadmap projects. The individual acts as the functional expert for CRM applications and the main liaison between business divisions and technical IT resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes complex business processes, defines customer/user requirements, manages the requirements lifecycle, and translates them into specific software requirements
  • Designs and documents workflows, develops use cases and mock-ups, and produces required project documentation (process maps, system diagrams, business requirements, and gap analyses)
  • Guides the solution through the SDLC testing process, designs test plans and scripts (including test cases) for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinates all phases of internal system release testing and UAT
  • Serves as the liaison between business divisions and technical IT resources, effectively articulating tactical and strategic requirements to all stakeholders, and providing after-hours production support for critical needs
     

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience
     

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, at least 5 years as a CRM/Business Systems Analyst
  • Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning, including configuration, best practices, and functional capabilities
     

Additional Requirements:

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $113,200.00 - $144,500.00

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
