Position Summary:

Job Duties:
  • Positioned on the sales floor to greet and qualify traffic.
  • Generate sales based on the current business plan.
  • Follow through with entire sales process including but not limited to updating buyers, lenders, escrow coordinator, & construction w/ pertinent information and updating necessary purchase documents through close of escrow.
  • Write contracts and options and set Design Studio option appointments.
  • Manage sales releases.
  • Responsible for day-to-day duties of running sales office.
  • Work as a team player with all members including construction, customer service,  Design Studio, and Escrow.
  • Actively participate in the training process of Junior agents and Licensed Hostess including sales skills, processes, and company philosophy.
  • Capture, Enter and Manage Registration Cards.
  • Utilize IP's CRM system to manage activities, leads, prospects, and backlog.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training.
  • Must pass sales shop.
  • Provide excellent customer service - Score above 90% on Eliant.
  • Lead Community Team Meetings with Construction, Lenders, Design Center, Escrow, etc.
  • Periodically Lead Countdown to Closing Buyer Events.
  • Assist in Focus Group Data and/or Other Marketing Events.
  • Participate in the options selection process with the Design Center for inventory homes.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Active California Real Estate License, in good standing.
A minimum of 5 years new home sales experience.
Excellent communication skills; able to define and resolve problems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Professional demeanor, appearance, and dress.
Computer literate with knowledge of: MS Office, Google Suite Pivotal, DocuSign and Options Online.
