Position Summary:

Provide support to Director of Retail Leasing and Business Development as well as Leasing Director. Work as liaison between retailers and on-site property management teams. Administrative support to include: lease document creation and maintenance in leasing CRM software.

Assist with data collection for retail analysis and reporting. Assist with assigned lease negotiations to include new business and renewals for existing tenants. 

Job Duties:

  • Provide cross divisional communication for retail amenity activation updates.
  • Act as liaison between ICOP and retailers, coordinating with various IC disciplines to ensure the efficient and timely integration of new amenities at the property level.
  • As assigned, assist with lease negotiations for both new and renewal deals.
  • Create and maintain lease proposals, build deals in Pivotal, create manual deal sheets and update deals sheets.
  • Assist with the oversight and maintenance of the leasing process, from deal sheet creation to final execution of required leasing documents.
  • Assist Director with the research and development of new business concepts and innovative amenities.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, preferably in retail leasing.
  • Comfortable working in a professional, team oriented and deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of leasing documents and real estate principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • California Sales Real Estate License. 
  • Able to work with a variety of technology: MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Pivotal, MRI, Adobe Acrobat, Google Apps,etc.
