Project Manager, Facilities & Procurement ($107,600 - $134,100)

Position Summary:

The Project Manager, Facilities & Procurement, manages the full lifecycle of service, environmental, safety, and capital initiatives, ensuring compliance and guiding processes from scope development to contract submittal. This role handles procurement, contributing to policy creation, supplier governance, and strategic sourcing. This position provides support, streamlines workflows, and ensures effective communication across the Retail division to meet strategic objectives.

Job Duties:

• Act as a key strategic partner, ensuring proactive communication and alignment on all project, procurement, and system-related objectives.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives across key spend categories, collaborating with division partners to optimize value, quality, and supplier performance by developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with divisional procurement policies. 
• Oversee supplier governance, acting as the primary gatekeeper for new vendor onboarding and maintaining a curated list of preferred partners.
• Provide support for the full lifecycle of capital, service, environmental, and safety initiatives, guiding asset teams from initial scope development and bidding through to successful project completion.
• Serve as the divisional subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, providing critical support, training, and workflow optimization to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.
• Manage the contract submittal and coordination process for portfolio-wide agreements, ensuring all documentation adheres to corporate and divisional policies.
• Design and implement streamlined workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and transactional speed. 
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement and operational initiatives, reporting on progress and driving continuous process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.    

Certifications:

• Project Management certification preferred.

Other:

• Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
