Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily coordination of the Centralized PM Team service work and ensuring resident satisfaction.  This role will manage the process, coordinate follow ups with the on site teams, and respond to requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with various roles within the company to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently with the customer experience in mind.

Job Duties:

  • Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality. 
  • Performs work using safe work practices. Ensures completion of safety training and actively investigates and mitigates risks.. 
  • Manages all tasks related to coordination of the In Unit Preventative Maintenance Team 
    • Prioritize and coordinate scheduling of sites to ensure all communities are completed at least one time annually.
    • Hold pre-con meetings with site teams
    • Coordinate access to keys with the on site teams 
    • Partner with Marketing on 30-day email push to residents
    • Coordinate entry with residents
    • Send notifications to sites:  7 Day Reminder notices 
    • 5 Month reminder of SalesForce Filter Change to the sites 
  • Responsible for ordering HVAC filters, tablets  and other supplies and materials for the in unit PM’s at each community. 
    • Budget tracking of expense vs plan.  
  • Utilize and manage SalesForce to assign preventative maintenance work orders to the service team
  • Track and report on communities completed, track property damage i.e water intrusion HVAC of communities completed.
  • Assist with escalations identified during the PM process, follow up with the on site teams. 
     

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years customer service experience, with ICAC on-site experience/SalesForce expertise a plus

Other: 

  • Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to quality, speed and detail.
  • Regular, consistent and timely attendance required.
  • Ability to move in and out of a variety of positions which include the following: sitting, standing, walking, squatting, stair and ladder climbing, kneeling, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying.
     

 

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $25.77 - $32.64

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
