Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the Environmental Health & Safety department. This position is responsible for assisting in development of department processes and procedures. 

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes; update policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compile aggregate data of remediation team; conduct analysis of data including source of intrusion, building type, region, time to complete, etc., reporting to leadership as required
  • Assist with preparing metrics reporting that shows project trends for the remediation team.
  • Assist in communication and provide training support as needed, of department process changes.
  • Coordinate and schedule project work including but not limited to: Communicating with On-Site associates and vendors to schedule work, tracking start and completion dates, and ensuring required documentation is received and saved per policy.
  • Create and track purchase orders using Coupa, SAP, and other key systems; following all procedures.
  • Review and audit invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with the analysis of department financial information; identifying errors and trends
  • Update remediation project information and upload documents as needed to the Riskonnect reporting system.
  • Manage content on the Environmental Health & Safety page on the ICAC Intranet site; edit and add content as needed/requested. Monitor Environmental Health & Safety centralized email inbox and respond as needed.
  • Review and track reports for the department.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
     

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1 to 3 years experience supporting projects; Previous property management experience preferred. Must be proficient in Google Suite, Word, Excel

Other: 

  • Valid driver’s license; valid vehicle insurance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.  Multilingual ability a plus
  • Regular, consistent and timely attendance is required (non-exempt)
     

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $26.97 - $34.76

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
