Position Summary:

The position of production coordinator/concierge is instrumental to our success, brand, image and success. This person works with all departments and divisions to ensure timely response and accurate paperwork. This person must demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a wide variety of personalities. The concierge responsibilities provide the first impression to our buyers after the completion of the sales process by helping to set appointments and warmly and respectfully greeting our home buyers upon arrival. Our buyers are diverse and so are their cultures thus requiring the person to be adept with creating and maintaining great buyer experiences and at times under some difficult situations. Additionally, this person would help troubleshoot issues and bring resolution with construction and customer care. Job Duties:
  • Proof designer order submittals checking for accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up with Designers for any issues/revisions/or clarity.
  • Approve and release the stage cutoff orders in Studio Chateau.
  • Upload design and in-wall diagrams into Studio. 
  • Work with designers, installation companies, vendors and/or superintendents to bring fast closure to any issues that arise.
  • Reconcile Vendor Material Invoices 
  • Schedule buyer appointments with the assigned designer ensuring workloads are fairly balanced.
  • Prepare weekly reports.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a variety of people, cultures and departments.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adjust to the many demands of the job responsibilities.
  • Self starter and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of Studio Chateau preferred, 
  • Knowledge of design options and flooring materials a plus.
