Office Services Technician ($27.40 - $35.82)

Position Summary:

The Office Services Technician delivers exceptional facilities support while upholding Irvine Company’s standards of quality, professionalism, and workplace aesthetics. By leveraging optimal resources, the Technician ensures corporate buildings are meticulously maintained and employee requests are resolved with premier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance across all office spaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Execute minor facility repairs and install workplace equipment, including ergonomic assets, whiteboards, and artwork.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs with janitorial, painting, and flooring vendors to audit performance and maintain high standards.
• Coordinate and monitor on-site vendor repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.), communicating necessary information to the supervisor.  
• Respond to Angus work orders within one hour, providing exceptional customer service and thorough documentation before ticket resolution.  
• Coordinate and assist with internal employee office relocations, desk moves, and seating reconfigurations. Oversee conference room setups for meetings and events.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including the efficient sorting, logging, and distribution of deliveries to appropriate departments. Monitor, procure, and organize office supplies and parts across all Office Services (OS) storage and warehouse spaces.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

• 1+ years
• Facilities maintenance, office services, or a similar technical hands-on role

Additional Requirements:

• Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with vendors, customers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
