Position Summary:

The ideal Leasing Manager candidate will have five or more years of relevant work experience including management experience.  Bachelor's degree, additional experience and/or relevant certifications required.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for leasing the company's neighborhood, community, and "power" centers.
  • Conduct site tours, negotiate lease proposals, prepare lease document requests.
  • Develop and implement merchandising plans and leasing goals for the various properties.
  • Prepare annual leasing plan budgets.
  • Cold-call on prospective tenants (phone and in-person) to accomplish leasing goals.
  • Prepare and present summary analysis in support of recommended leasing strategies.
  • Maintain leasing reports and contact database to report on leasing efforts.
  • Network with internal leasing team and outside industry representatives.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:


  • Bachelor's degree 



  • Five (+) years or more of leasing experience handling neighborhood, community and "power" centers.
  • Management experience required.
  • Extensive network of contacts with national, regional, and local tenants/retail brokers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Basic knowledge of business, contracts, and commercial construction.
  • Additional experience and/or relevant certifications required.
