Position Summary:

This Manager, Centralized Resident Services, leads a team that provides administrative and customer service support to residents and on-site teams throughout the resident lifecycle, including payment processing, renewal generation, pay-or-quit and eviction management, and internal debt recovery. Also responsible for the development of and refinement of new and existing resident facing processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Centralized Resident Services team to ensure all administrative tasks needed for resident account management are completed timely, accurately, and in accordance with required policies and procedures.
Responsible for training, onboarding, and development of team members.
Address and resolve escalated concerns for both internal and external customers.
Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members as needed.
Develop, implement, and streamline resident services processes to enhance operational effectiveness; collaborate with internal and external departments as needed.
Proactively provide reporting and insight to senior management regarding resident services processes and account compliance.
Manage employee apartment discount programs.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
1-3 years of leadership experience

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $75,200.00 - $92,400.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
