Position Summary:
This position oversees the team that processes and maintains supplier data, including new supplier requests, existing supplier information maintenance, and supplier insurance monitoring. This includes managing the supplier onboarding and vendor maintenance process, the supplier insurance monitoring process, and collaborating on procurement tools. Also, manages the annual preparation and filing of 1099s for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Supplier Data Analyst who interacts with suppliers and Irvine Company employees, Risk Management, and Legal on supplier onboarding, master data, or insurance related requests in compliance with company policy.
- Monitor activity to actively maintain the supplier master data including contact, tax, banking, and payment related information.
- Manage the team who actively monitors and maintains supplier compliance with Irvine Company risk management requirements such as insurance and licenses.
- Analyze information to prepare and file 1099s annually.
- Review new and existing supplier records to eliminate duplicate or defective records.
- Actively participate with Source-To-Pay and IT in process improvement and testing of procurement tools for supplier onboarding and risk monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $86,500.00 - $113,700.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
