Manager, Design ($96,400.00-$120,400.00)

Job Duties:
- General graphic and design support, both 2D and 3D
- Organizing and formatting drawings and packages produced in-house and by consultants
- Site reconnaissance and construction progress photography
- Printing and archiving presentations
- Assisting with coordination of work efforts by design, planning & engineering consultants
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a landscape architecture, planning or architecture firm; not more than 4 years experience
- Excellent graphic composition skills, including plan graphics and document layouts
- Strong proficiency in the following software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, AutoCAD
- Experience with ARC GIS / ESRI software and Enscape or Lumion a plus
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $96,400.00 - $120,400.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
