Position Summary:
The Leasing Concierge Manager supports the leasing concierge team ensuring the initial application process through move-in is seamless and accurate.
Job Duties:
• Creates a customer service focused culture; leads by example and ensures a proactive approach is adopted for all key customer touch points.
• Leads, coaches and develops direct reports to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Develops and maintains processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with policies and procedures.
• Assists the team as needed to complete application approval checklist and effectively transitions applicant to onsite RSO team for move-in processing.
• Tracks submitted applications for required approvals and documentation in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
• Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Supports other centralized departments as directed.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
• One to three years experience in customer service environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
- Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills.
- Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcomes (goals), timing and budget. Work is reviewed/measured in terms of meeting organizational objectives
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $86,800.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
