Position Summary:

The Leasing Concierge Manager supports the leasing concierge team ensuring the initial application process through move-in is seamless and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

Creates a customer service focused culture; leads by example and ensures a proactive approach is adopted for all key customer touch points.
Leads, coaches and develops direct reports to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Develops and maintains processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with policies and procedures.
Assists the team as needed to complete application approval checklist and effectively transitions applicant to onsite RSO team for move-in processing.
Tracks submitted applications for required approvals and documentation in accordance with current policy and procedure guidelines.
Works in a team environment, supporting all team members to exceed customer expectations.
Supports other centralized departments as directed.

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
One to three years of leadership experience

Other:

Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills
Direction is provided for assignments in terms of desired outcomes (goals), timing and budget. Work is reviewed/measured in terms of meeting organizational objectives
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $68,640.00 - $89,800.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
