Position Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator coordinates daily maintenance services, including service requests, remediation, preventative maintenance, project management, and unit turnovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizes maintenance workflows with residents, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient and high-quality community maintenance operations.
Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer’s needs, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintains accurate records of work performed utilizing the appropriate operating platform.
Creates and approves payment of purchase orders, informing management of any discrepancies.
Administers the key logging system, including regular audits, promptly resolving outstanding keys, and reporting findings to the team.

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED),or equivalent experience

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

0 - 2 years

Additional Requirements:

Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
