Leasing Coordinator - Office Properties

Position Summary:
Coordinates the leasing process from generation to execution. Interacts with marketing, operations, finance, construction, legal, and outside brokers. Builds lease deals, follows up with internal and external contacts to ensure proper communication and compliance, inputs and monitors related company systems, collaborates on goal setting, and coordinates tours, and construction teams. Provides unparalleled customer service at all times.
Job Duties:
- Oversight and maintenance of the leasing process (from lead generation to full execution)
- Interact with brokers, customers, legal, finance, construction, marketing and property operations team members regarding lease deals and portfolio management.
- Data maintenance input and monitoring in Salesforce and MS Excel
- Generate financial run, proposal and input details into Salesforce to draft proposal
- Analyze deal terms to see if they are within company guidelines.
- Create internal paperwork, work with legal to draft the lease documents and review
- Coordinate Space Plan meetings with brokers, tenants, construction representatives, and architect representatives.
- Coordinate tours and work with marketing to create/prepare tour collateral
- Coordinate space plan meetings with brokers, tenants, construction, and architect representatives.
- Work with the construction department and architects to shepherd the construction process.
- General administration duties.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Previous commercial real estate preferred.
- California Real Estate License within 6 months of hire.
- Proactive communication skill with the ability to successfully modify communication approach based on setting (work or social/entertainment).
- Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, and integrity.
- Exercises high-quality customer service and leadership in all areas of performance.
- Projects a professional image and demeanor.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $28.13 - $39.86
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
