Position Summary:

  • Brand ambassador for the company
  • Stands and greets all prospects/residents as they enter the community
  • Processes application and move-in paperwork within company standards
  • Takes applicant from initial application phase through move-in
  • Responsible for accurate record keeping and other sales related tasks

Job Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and walk-ins.
  • Schedule tours and assign CRC appointments to the leasing team.
  • Pick up and assign internet leads to the leasing team.
  • Coordinate effectively with other verticals to ensure move-ins are successful.
  • Prepare leasing reports as assigned by the LM/Sr. LM
  • Ensure completion of Application Approval Checklist within 72 hours.
  • Email Welcome Letter to applicant.
  • Confirm all move-ins and appointments for completion of move-in paperwork.
  • Perform pre-walk inspection of apartment homes to ensure unit meets ICAC standards for move-in.
  • Prepare all move-in packets and ensure keys and remotes are available on move-in date.
  • Accurately enter move-in/demographics into Onesite.   
  • Ensure completion of Move-in Checklist, obtain Community/General Manager signature on lease and have move-in files ready for audit.
  • Handle all on-site transfers and roommate changes where applicable.
  • Act as back up Leasing Consultant, when necessary.
  • Post WebListers ads daily.

 

Other duties as assigned based on sales environment; may include the following:

 

  • Use sales consultative approach, engage and discover prospect needs to determine which unit would best meet the client’s needs.
  • Conduct prospect tours or re-tours as needed, following all policies and procedures.
  • Create quote(s) on specific unit(s) of interest utilizing pricing tool and following procedures for providing quote.
  • When prospect is ready to apply, follow application procedures and secure screening approvals; perform a warm hand-off to the RRR.
  • Track submitted applications, approvals, pending move-ins, and ensure the applicant moves in.

 

SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

 

  • Prepare daily priority list and reports as requested.
  • Follow-up on active prospects as required, including calls, emails, or texting.  Provide relevant information such as eBrochure, ePostcard, or quote.
  • Enter detailed notes into prospect system, OneSite. 
  • Assist with confirming tour appointments, generating new traffic (e.g., placing ads, review online marketing for accuracy, communicate with sister sites for referrals).
  • Assist with completion of weekly Market Survey if applicable.
  • Assist with 3 day resident retention calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/BA with 0-5 years of experience.
