Job Duties:

  • Review/update reported/estimated sales for Office and Retail
  • Review and approve monthly percentage rent
  • Review weekly security deposit ledger
  • Run and Explode rental edits and Angus reports monthly.
  • Manage PPD report
  • Manage complex accounts
  • Prepare tenant account reconciliations
  • Monitor IPG Accounts Receivable inbox and answer questions from Operations
  • Perform other duties or special projects as requested
  • Spot check cash applications, cash reconciliation, and forms for accuracy
  • Research and answer cash and form questions
  • Manage monthly A/R calendars
  • Assist with facilitating year-end audits as well as external annual sales audits and completing calculations due to audit findings
  • Assist with Middle East Summer Billings and establishing we have the correct contracts in place
  • Review aging for Resorts
  • Check in Daily Accounts for Resorts
  • Month End Procedures
  • Be strong in resolving team issues/questions (resolutions for guests/customers)
  • Have finesse to handle and speak with Escalated Guests/Customers  and difficult problems
  • Attend Pre Cons Resorts
  • Assist with Middle East Summer Billings and establishing we have the correct contracts in place
  • Have a working knowledge of all areas of A/R to ensure that coverage can be provided for employees on vacation or leave for Resorts/Office/Retail
  • Onboarding for New Employees to ensure that Desk and Computer Program access is in place prior to employee starting
  • Train new employees
  • Desk coverage when team members are out off office
  • Ensure All A/R Tasks are completed for the day
  • Lead by example -  create a positive environment and act as a reference for new employees

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six years experience in collections and customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible to change and able to work in team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and professionalism
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
