Position Summary:
The Landscape Operations Administrator is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented professional who supports the Landscape Management team in delivering high-quality, sustainable, and compliant landscape operations. This role serves as a key connector between Landscape Managers, Property Management, Accounting, Risk Management, and external service partners, helping ensure work is well-coordinated, budgets are managed responsibly, and regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate enjoys supporting others, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in keeping systems organized, processes moving forward, and people informed. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in enabling Landscape Managers to focus on field operations while ensuring administrative, financial, and reporting needs are handled with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support landscape maintenance vendors through invoicing, bid package preparation, contract drafting, execution, and ongoing administrative oversight
- Coordinate correspondence, work orders, repair requests, extra work proposals, approvals, renewals, and tree pruning schedules in collaboration with Property Management/Operations Teams
- Assist with account management, budget tracking, variance reporting, coding, invoicing, and documentation within Coupa in partnership with Accounting and Landscape Managers
- Maintain organized operational records, support storm damage and insurance tracking with Risk Management, and contribute to capital projects
- Partner with Landscape Managers to support water compliance, prepare monthly water reports, and coordinate vendor meetings to help keep properties within local water district allocations
Additional Skills:
- Strong software skills in Word, Excel and Google.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $27.64 - $35.72
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
